The Heritage Points program rewards our registered customers: every order adds points to your balance, which you can use as a discount on your next orders.

You earn one point for every full Omani rial of product value in your order, after any discount. Delivery fees are not included.

Points are added to your balance once payment is confirmed.

Every 100 points are worth OMR 7, which means you get 7% of your purchases back in points.

Points can be used once your balance reaches 50 points or more, and the points discount can cover up to 50% of the product value in an order.

If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points earned from it are deducted and the points used on it are returned to your balance. For partial refunds, points are deducted in proportion to the refunded amount.

The program requires a store account. Your balance and its history appear on the “My points” page in your account.

Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
